Usually 3 to 7 working days. Furs, sheepskin and wedding dresses take longer — we confirm the exact date when we take the item in. Express is available: next day (+50%) or same day (+100%).
Do you collect from my home?
Yes. A courier collects anywhere in Astana and brings everything back after cleaning. Delivery is free on orders from 20,000 ₸; below that it is charged separately and we confirm the cost when you book. Send a request through the site or WhatsApp.
What if the stain doesn’t come out?
We re-clean the item free of charge. If a stain is old or the fabric will not survive a harsher treatment, the specialist tells you honestly before starting — so there are no surprises.
What determines the final price?
The type of item, the fabric, and how heavy and how old the soiling is. Light-coloured items carry a +30% surcharge. The price list is a guide; the assistant confirms the figure on inspection.

Yes: 50% off children’s items under 5, and 10% for pensioners with a certificate.
